Background

            At present, knowledge, innovation, and technology are advancing rapidly and undergoing constant change, which in turn directly and indirectly impacts health-related issues. Therefore, medical scientists, along with their respective disciplines, must align with the latest advancements in both national and international standards to address the needs of nations and effectively manage emerging challenges. Furthermore, the continuous development of research and laboratory capabilities is essential to keeping pace with new technologies and innovations.

            The Department of Medical Sciences, in collaboration with the Medical Sciences Association and the Department of Medical Sciences Foundation, is hosting the 33rd Annual Medical Sciences Conference to foster collaboration among medical scientists, public health professionals, healthcare networks, and medical science entrepreneurs both nationally and internationally.

            This annual conference provides researchers with an opportunity to present their work and share their experiences while facilitating the exchange of knowledge on the latest advancements in medical sciences and healthcare technologies. These contributions play a crucial role in advancing academic research and enhancing public health outcomes.

            This year's theme is "Transforming Healthcare through Modern Medical Sciences", and the conference will take place from 11th to 13th June 2025 at IMPACT Forum, Muang Thong Thani, Nonthaburi Province. On this auspicious occasion, Her Royal Highness Princess Chulabhorn Krom Phra Srisavangavadhana will preside over the conference and deliver the opening speech. Additionally, Her Royal Highness will present trophies and souvenirs to selected honourees.

Objectives

  1. To publicise medical sciences and public health research for further collaboration and application.
  2. To serve as a platform for medical science and public health academics, along with all relevant networks both nationally and internationally, to present academic research, exchange knowledge, share experiences, and discuss insights for the continuous improvement and advancement of the field.

Target Audience The conference aims to accommodate 1,200 participants from the public sector and 300 participants from the private sector, including:

  • 1. Executives and academics from the Ministry of Public Health

  • 2. Personnel from the Department of Medical Sciences

  • 3. Professionals from relevant government agencies, universities, and private sector organisations

  • 4. Representatives from hospital laboratory networks, both public and private

  • 5. General participants with an interest in the field
